Enjoy our 46 unit complex that is situated on ocean front property. There are 2 floor plans to choose from. We have ocean front units, ocean view units, and court yard units.Each unit includes:

· Central air conditioning/heat
· Cable T.V.
· Microwave
· Full size stove
· Full size refrigerator
· Balcony or patio
· Parking at your door
· Dishes and silverware
· Pots & Pans
· Cooking utensils
· Sheets
· Bath towels and wash cloths
· Telephone
· Depending of the unit, there is sleeping for 4 to 6 people

**We do not accept pets at this time.
**Also, we do not accept credit cards.

Complex amenities:
* Coin laundry
· Beach front patio with chairs
· Chairs at the pools
· 2 swimming pools (ocean front pool has a gas fired heater for winter use)
· On site managers
· Direct access to the beach

Each rental unit must pass a yearly inspection done by a committee made of owners and the management.

The summer is filling up and we hope it continues to do so. There are always good friends and wonderful families that fill up our units. There are many activities taking place at the complex and around town. Here are just a few:
· the 4th of July fun at Holiday Cove North
· fishing in the ocean right in front of the complex
· Seaside Fiesta on Flagler Ave. June 18th 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
· Summer Concert Series “Concert in the Park” on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm at Riverside Park in downtown New Smyrna starting in early June. This concert is free and is open to the public. Bring your lawn chair and a blanket. For more information check their web site at www.cityofnsb.com and look under ‘parks & recreation’.
· There are several nearby golf courses that are open to the public
· There is a water taxi that will take you into Daytona Beach
· There are excellent restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away
· The Little Theatre of New Smyrna Beach (live performances)
